1.5 The Logical Framework Approach (LFA)
Typically, in international, regional, and local grants, forming a well-balanced consortium is required to execute a project with specific objectives, a predefined budget within a realistic timeframe.
Binded by a “Consortium Agreement”, the consortium consists of a partnership between private organisations, known as partners.
The consortium partners share common objectives, participate in the grant writing process, and are involved in project implementation.
