With an educational background that includes a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania and graduate degrees in Survey Research, Library & Information Studies, and Screenwriting, Dr. Lo brings a diverse and comprehensive skill set to his role.
